📣Adult Dance Theatre Classes return in 2024!

Following a popular first term, our evening dance theatre classes @woolwichworks are back next year.

Feedback from participants

This class invites you to discover your creativity, get moving and improve your performance skills whilst having fun and meeting new people. The sessions include a physical and vocal warm up and elements of contemporary dance technique, all exploring themes from Protein’s repertoire of work.

Suitable for every adult, no matter age, ability or experience.

📌Book now for classes from 11 Jan until 14 Mar 2024.

Our Artistic Director has been busy developing a new show, In the End we Begin, as part of @encoreeastdance Home from Home, featuring work from @alethiaantonia @alleynedance @laura.andersondance @molly_wright1985 and @luke.does.dances

It features 42 dancers over 50 and it premieres this Saturday, 14 October, at @danceeast

The piece will tour to @norwichplayhouse on the 19 October and @theplacelondon on the 21 October 2023

The film, created with and performed by students from New Directions PRU and Protein dance artists in 2021, is influenced by Protein’s Border Tales exploring themes of multiculturalism and identity.
