Portrait With Group And Duck
With a cast of 6 dancers and 40 chairs, Portrait With Group And Duck highlights the extremities of human interaction and relations. Events evolve from the formal and self-conscious environment of a ballroom scene to the brash and raw setting of a television confessions show.
Supported by Jerwood Space, The Place Choreodrome, The Place Theatre and Greenwich Dance.
“Funnier still was Portrait With Group And Duck. Straight-faced dancers in city suits executed music-hall style movement and a skit using edited recordings of Jerry Springer’s confessional show was hilarious.”
