(In)visible Dancing 2026
Thank you to everyone who participated and joined (In)visible Dancing this Summer!
Returning to Woolwich after seven years, (In)visible Dancing’s 16th iteration, was part and marked the grand finale of GDIF 2026.
On Sunday 6th September, a total of 220 professional and community performers, ranging from 7 to over 70, including 13 participating groups representing styles such as Lindy Hop, Line Dancing, Chinese Folk, Tai Chi, Hip Hop, Breaking, Acrobatics and Circus, Costa Rican Folk, Caribbean Calypso and Ballroom, energised and brought to life Woolwich Town Centre in a specular mass performance joined by over 3000 people.
With 12 days of creation and performance, including 8 pop up performances and 15 workshops attended by 250 participants, reaching a total audience of 10.000 people, this was one of the largest and more colourful (In)visible Dancing ever made.
A massive tank you to everyone for participating and contributing towards an unforgettable celebration of community filled with, energy, connection and joy.
